We’ve made ordering through our website as simple as possible. You can find products using the menus at the top, or by using the search box.
When you have chosen the item you want to buy simply enter the quantity you want in the ‘Qty’ box and click ‘Add to basket’. This will take you to your shopping basket and show you your purchases in detail. Simply hit “continue shopping” to go back to where you were. To check the price of an item before you put it in the basket, enter a quantity and click ‘Update Basket‘.
The checkout process is simple. If you have ordered on this site previously your details can be brought up just by entering your email address and password. If this is your first time, it’s quick and easy to set up an account which is password protected and next time you order it will be even quicker as we will already have your details (remember we don’t retain your payment details). It also means you can check your account history and see your previous purchases – handy if you can’t remember the product codes! If you are ordering exactly the same products as a previous visit, use our reorder feature to save time. You can still adjust quantities at the checkout stage.
If you’d like to check stock levels before ordering, please call on 0203 795 8217 and we’ll check for you there and then. If we don’t have a product in stock we can usually get it quite quickly

We are only too pleased to send a sample but please email us rather than call. Use the ‘contact us’ form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to provide a few samples. If you require more samples we may ask for a small payment to cover our costs. Don’t forget to include your address when you email and we’ll pop your sample in the post within a day or two.
