Delivery time and costs.

FREE Shipping on orders over £150 + VAT

We deliver throughout the UK, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. Charges may vary.

Small orders – Below £20 + VAT or Samples: £5.00 ( £6.00 inc. vat)

Next business working day delivery Mon – Fri 08:00 -18:00 £8.99 ( £10.79 inc. vat)

Next business working day delivery BEFORE 10:30 a.m. £15.50 ( £18.60 inc. vat)

Saturday delivery before midday £22.00 ( £26.40 inc. vat )

Northern Ireland & The Scottish Highlands £15.99 (£19.19 inc. vat)

Delays outside our control: If the supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event or costs incurred.

Collection by you: If you would like to collect your order, please call our office: 0203 795 8217 to arrange carriage free payment.

Delivery location: We will deliver the products to the delivery address specified in the relevant order. We can not deliver to PO box address. Deliveries made by our national carriers are to the front door of ground floor locations only. The delivery driver may if requested and at his/her discretion assist with delivering the goods to another location within the delivery address, but if so such assistance shall be entirely at your risk and we will have no liability to you for any damage or losses caused as a result.

If you are not present when the product is delivered: If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox or otherwise safely left at your premises, we (or our appointed carrier) will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.

If you do not re-arrange delivery: If you do not collect the products from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract without offering you any refund.

Title and risk: Each product will be at your risk from the time we deliver it to the address you gave us or you (or a carrier organised by you). You own any product once you have paid for it in full.

Shortages in delivery: We will not be liable for any shortages in delivery unless the claim is notified to us within three days after receipt of the products.

Lost in Transit: If any products are lost in transit please notify us within 3 days of the expected arrival date.
